Cheap exotic animals
This season EXOTIC Pet Care CENTER is promoting a partnership using the Pasadena Humane Society and a few of the local rehabilitators to assist take care of, raise, and release a few of the various wildlife they have drawn in. Additionally, we've looked after wildlife that's been introduced into our clinic. We've also developed associations with a few of the local character centers, that have safe areas to produce these creatures after they are of sufficient age to outlive by themselves.
Because of the ultimate drought problems that are occurring this season, appropriate release sites are very difficult to find. They have to have water and food sources available. Also, because of the elements conditions, a few of the raccoon babies happen to be born very late within the summer time from the normal baby season, so they're not going to be of sufficient age to become launched until next spring.
The releases we've done go perfectly and we're very happy with the rate of success we have had. We anticipate more releases the following spring. A few of the creatures we've elevated and launched are:
* One Canadian Goose
* Six Mallard Ducks
* Three Ground Squirrels
* Six Hummingbirds
* Five Crows
* Eleven Tree Squirrels
* One Opossum
* Various song wild birds, pigeons and doves
* And….. 13 Raccoons!
All the babies take lots of work, some time and supplies. Dr. Kanfer continues to be very generous in assisting with a few of the price of the supplies, and furthermore she's provided free health care and medicine

* One Coot
* Two Cooper’s Hawks
* One Great Horned Owl
* Various Opossums
* Mocking wild birds, blue jays, pigeons and doves
* Local wild Amazon . com Parrots
* Towels associated with a size, baby blankets, and fleece
* Babies toys (anything that may be chewed up or enter in the water)
* Teething beads, pacifiers, plastic beads or secrets, etc.
* Baby bottles, water and food dishes
* Plastic kitty litter boxes (any size)
* Puppy and kitten food (dry), jars of meat baby food (chicken and poultry), baby meat stays
* Non-clumping litter (a budget kind)
* Guinea Pig cages
Additionally, we want funds to purchase species-specific baby formula. For instance, the powdered milk formula for raccoons and squirrels costs $50.00 for any 3.5 pound container! One container will feed ONE baby raccoon until it's almost of sufficient age to become weaned.
