Parkway Veterinary Clinic began in 1969 by Frederick Burns DVM at 36400 Groesbeck in Clinton township, Michigan. In March of 1999, the clinic was bought by Thomas Bankstahl DVM. After a little initial makeovers and conversion for an appointment basis, we loved an excellent duration of growth using the practice. We increased from our old building, as well as in December of 2003 broadened and gone to live in our current location at 39321 Garfield in Clinton township.
Our title increased around and it was transformed to Parkway Small Animal &lifier Exotic Hospital. We increased from the 2000 sq. foot. practice to some 9000 sq foot practice encompassing 10 exam rooms, condition-of-the-art facilities/diagnostics, and lots of parking that was necessary from your previous site. Our title transformed to incorporate adding our large following of exotic animal patients. Our patient basis is continuing to grow to in excess of 18Thousand active clients with 50% being wild birds, reptiles, or small animals. Our physician staff is continuing to grow to incorporate 5 full-time professionals. Despite our bigger size, we still make an effort to keep up with the close and individual relationship we share wonderful our clientelle and also to keep ourselves and also you around the leading edge of veterinary medicine.
